Ştefan Szakal
CEO and Creative Director
Ştefan Szakal is the founder of X3 Studios, now fulfilling the roles of CEO and Creative Director of the company. Back in 2001, Ştefan founded Counter Cortex Media, which became X3 Studios in 2004.
As previous experience, Ştefan Szakal worked as a Web Designer for two years, at Innovative Technologies from the USA. The experience gained during this period of time was translated both by developing his skills in the design and visual communication fields and also by assimilating a management conduct that is specific to American companies, a conduct that he later implemented in X3 Studios.
Ştefan’s personal mission was to found a team of professionals, and together with this team to lay the groundwork for a company focused primarily on quality and innovation. His qualities as a leader helped him inspire a unitary vision to the entire team, wanting to become one of the most recognized players on the visual communication market.
Stefan Szakal was born on the 18th of June 1980 in Carei, Satu Mare. He attended the courses of the University of Tampa from Florida, USA with double degree in mass-media and advertising. At the present moment he is also a student of the Business College, at the West University from Timişoara.
Andreea Comşa
General Manager
Andreea Comşa is the General Manager at X3 Studios since January 2008.
Andreea Comşa joined the X3 Studios team in May 2004, as an Assistant Manager. During this time, along with improving her skills as an organizer and coordinator, Andreea specialized in Project Management. As Project Manager, her main duties were: client account management, initial project briefing, coordinating projects during all development phases, allocating resources, maintaining good relationships with clients.
Before working at X3 Studios, Andreea Comşa worked as an Assistant Manager at SC Mega Group SA, the Peugeot concessionaire from Timişoara.
Andreea was born on the 25th of July 1980 in Sibiu. She graduated the Economic Sciences College at the West University from Timişoara, with a degree in International Transactions, and got a Master Degree in Human Resource Management at the Sociology College. She also attended management courses (Project Management, Time Management, Efficient Argumentation and Negotiation Strategies) which helped her to get thoroughly into management.
Sorin Bechira
Art Director
Sorin Bechira is Art Director at X3 Studios. He started working at X3 Studios in 2005, as a Graphic Designer. In august 2007 the experience gained along the way together with his professional excellence recommended Sorin for the position of Art Director.
Sorin Bechira tries to experiment and to work in every field of visual communication: mattepainting, vfx, graphic design, multimedia design, by combining the traditional techniques with digital ones.
Before joining the X3 Studios team, Sorin Bechira worked as Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Motion Graphic Designer in many companies from the visual communication field. Sorin Bechira received 7 awards and 14 merits (so far) at many international design contests, and had 8 personal exhibitions.
Sorin Bechira was born on the 6th of December 1978 in Timişoara, Romania. He graduated the Applied Electronics: Audio-Video Technologies and Multimedia College, at the Polytechnic University from Timişoara, Romania. He continued his studies at the Internet Learning Environment College at Oulu Polytechnic, Institute of Technology in Finland, graduating as a Web Designer, and at a later date he graduated the Fine Arts College, at the West University from Timişoara, with a degree in Graphic Design.
